Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

UnderDeck Shield products may ship via:

  • Standard parcel carriers
  • Freight or LTL carriers, depending on order size

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and complete shipping address
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside. The customer is responsible for unloading materials unless otherwise arranged. Additional services (such as liftgate delivery) may not be included unless specified at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery.

If damage is visible at the time of delivery:

  • Note the damage with the carrier before signing
  • Take photos of the product and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Failure to properly document and report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or resolution.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or site inaccessibility, additional delivery or storage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control. UnderDeck Solutions is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.
