UnderDeck Shield started with problems at home
Like a lot of great American ideas, UnderDeck Shield didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began at home—specifically, under a 100-year-old farmhouse deck with some very real drainage problems.
We’re a family-owned, family-operated business. We understand kids, dogs, weekend projects, and the pride (and occasional frustration) that comes with homeownership. We also know the value of quality time… and how frustrating it is when part of your home just doesn’t work the way it should.
So we did what homeowners do best: we solved the problem ourselves. After plenty of trial, error, and dogged persistence in the garage, UnderDeck Shield was born.
Our system is engineered to divert water and transform the space beneath your deck into usable storage or comfortable living space. It works with virtually any deck, and in most cases, two people with basic tools can install it in just a few hours.
Practical. Thoughtful. Built by people who actually needed it. If you have a deck, you probably need it too.
