RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At UnderDeck Solutions, we take pride in the quality and durability of the UnderDeck Shield system. Due to the nature of our products as building materials, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped. Product performance is supported by our 10-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.
No Standard Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipped orders, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Ordering the wrong product
- Project changes after purchase
- Products that have been opened, cut, modified, or installed
All UnderDeck Shield products are non-returnable once shipped.
We strongly encourage customers to review product specifications, measurements, and installation requirements prior to purchase. Installation instructions and videos are available on the Install page of our website.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty vs. Returns
UnderDeck Shield is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects, including cracking, splitting, warping under normal conditions, and water leakage when properly installed.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or modification
- Weather events or external damage
- Normal wear and tear
Issues related to product performance or defects should be submitted as a warranty claim, not a return.

We understand that unique situations may arise. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of UnderDeck Solutions.
